Privacy Policy
This policy explains how R2C Games S.R.L. ("we", "us") handles personal data when you visit r2cgames.com, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Romanian data protection law. This site is currently a placeholder "under construction" page and is intentionally minimal.
Controller
What we do not do
- We do not set cookies or use local/session storage.
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.
- We do not embed third-party content (such as social media widgets); links to our social profiles are plain links that only open when you click them.
- We do not collect form data — there are no forms on this page.
- We do not use Google Fonts; web fonts are delivered through Bunny Fonts, a privacy-focused European service that does not track visitors (see “Fonts” below).
Because of this, no cookie consent banner is required for this page.
Data processed automatically (server logs)
Like any website, when you load this page your browser transmits technical data that our hosting provider may record in server logs, including your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and your browser/operating-system type. This is necessary to deliver the website and to maintain its security and stability.
- Purpose: delivering the site, security, troubleshooting.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: log data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes and is then deleted by the hosting provider.
Hosting
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service provided by GitHub, Inc. (United States). As part of delivering the site, GitHub processes connection data (such as your IP address) as our processor. Any transfer of data to the United States is covered by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR. See GitHub's privacy statement for details.
Fonts
The site's typefaces are loaded from Bunny Fonts (fonts.bunny.net), a service operated by BunnyWay d.o.o. in the European Union. Bunny Fonts is a privacy-first, GDPR-compliant alternative to Google Fonts: it is served from the EU, sets no cookies, and does not log or track end users or use their data for any purpose beyond delivering the font files. To serve a font, your browser connects to fonts.bunny.net, which necessarily receives your IP address for that single request.
- Purpose: displaying the site in its intended typefaces.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in consistent presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Because Bunny Fonts is EU-based and does not track visitors, no cookie consent banner is required for it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction or erasure of your data;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability, where applicable;
- lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
