These terms govern your use of r2cgames.com (the "site"), operated by R2C Games S.R.L. ("we", "us"; company details in our Legal Notice). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. They cover this website only; any game we release has its own end-user licence agreement and store terms.
Using the site
The site is provided for general information about our studio and our games. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or use it in breach of applicable law.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, artwork, logos, the R2C Games name, and Balkan Vice: Callatis and its associated names, characters and imagery — is owned by R2C Games S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it beyond what copyright law permits without our prior written consent.
One exception: press and content creators may use the material in our press kit, and the screenshots and clips shown on this site, in coverage of R2C Games and our games, as long as it is credited to R2C Games and not altered in a misleading way.
External links and game stores
The site links to third-party services, including social media profiles and game stores: Steam, run by Valve, and the Epic Games Store, run by Epic Games. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or their own terms and privacy practices. Wishlisting or purchasing through a store is governed by that store's terms, not ours.
Work in progress
Balkan Vice: Callatis is in active development. Anything we describe about the game — features, story, artwork, timing — is work-in-progress, may change, and is not a promise of any particular feature or release date.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, R2C Games S.R.L. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site and our games develop. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the "last updated" date above.
